Practice makes perfect is the cliché that most people say to newbies to perfect or master a certain skill. It's the same thing with typing. If you want to master this skill you must practice everyday. But you can only master typing if you know the basics. Meaning you know where to position your fingers.

Here are some tips for you to become an expert typist:

·Have a definite time for typing practice
·Practice everyday
·Force yourself to properly position your fingers on the keyboard
·Be patient, don't give up just continue practicing
·Use typing practice material that you are interested with so that you won't get bored with what you are typing
·If you started off practicing for 30 minutes a day practice longer
·Try blindfolding yourself and then let a friend or a relative recite a newspaper article to you while you type.
·After doing the blindfolded exercise check on what you've typed. Don't worry if you have a lot of mistakes you'll get better in time. Just don't give up.
